Greek Feta and Olive Cheeseball Mix
Real Feta cheese, Green and Kalamata Olives, and a hint of garlic help to create this super savory sensation. Great to spread on bread and heat in the oven till warm and bubbly.
Greek Pasta Salad
1 Greek Feta & Olive Cheeseball Mix
1 1/2 cups uncooked pasta (bow tie, shells, or your favorite)
1 cup halved grape tomatoes
1 cup ripe olives (sliced or small whole pitted)
1/4 Tsp. salt
1/4 Tsp. pepper
1/4 cup olive oil
1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar 1 cup cooked chicken in bite size pieces
Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. In large mixing bowl mix pasta with additonal ingredients (reserve 1/2 of the Greek Topping for later). Toss gently to coat. Garnish with remaining topping. Serve warm or chill to serve cold.
Optional additions: marinated artichoke hearts, feta cheese, shredded parmesan cheese or cubed mozzarella cheese.
