Rub with Love Grilled Chicken

Serves 4
4 tablespoons Rub with Love Chicken Spice Rub
1 three pound chicken, cut into parts
1 cup your favorite bbq sauce, or as needed

Directions:

Fire up the grill for medium heat.
Pat spice rub evenly over both sides of the chicken parts.

Grill over indirect medium heat, with the grill covered, turning the chicken parts as needed until cooked through and the internal temperature of the chicken is 165°F, about 40 to 45 minutes.
Watch carefully so sugars in rub do not burn, moving chicken to a cooler part of the grill if necessary.
Brush chicken with BBQ Sauce and continue to grill on both sides a few more minutes. Remove from the grill and serve.

Don't be afraid of curry! This fragrant, mild curry is delicious on wide range of seafood -- scallops, white fish, crab, lobster, shrimp or halibut. It's also a wonderful compliment to chicken or roasted vegetables. 3.5 oz.

Rub with Love Seafood Rubbed Chicken Skewers

Serves 4

A Tom DouglasŪ Recipe

4 bamboo or metal skewers
1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless, chicken thighs, cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces
2 tablespoons Rub with Love Seafood Rub
Olive oil

Directions:
Fire up the grill.
Divide the chicken between the skewers.
Set the skewers on a large plate, then brush them with olive oil and pat the Seafood Rub on all sides.
Allow the skewers to rest 5 minutes.
Grill the chicken skewers, turning as needed, until cooked through, about 12 to 14 minutes.
Remove from the grill
